Room 2: Lewisburg, Centre, and Spruce Creek Railroad
This railroad provided the Penns Valley area with access to distant markets, suppliers, and merchants and was vital to its growth and development as evidenced by this exhibit. This exhibit includes photographs on the walls and trellis, a railroad memorabilia display case, and old wooden shipping boxes. A model of the Pennsylvania Railroad's "Pennsylvania Flyer," a freight train, is in the display case.
